Thea Wood
Early in life, Thea Wood began to listen to the whispering voice of fear, starting her down a path of insecurity and comparison, threatening to destroy what she loved the most in life. As God worked on her heart...breaking chains, saving her marriage, waking her up to massive purpose...she began Kick Fear In The Face, a movement that shows people how to move from fear to faith, confidence, and action and use their God-given talents in marriage, parenting, and business.
She is now a huge investor in people, a Serial-prenuer, Founder of Valor Global Online, and has impacted over 400,000 lives through her business. Thea's mission is to help leaders overcome the #1 killer of dreams: fear.

Stacy Barrett
Stacy is the wife to one handsome husband and the mom to 4 beautiful kids, ages 11-17. She would tell you that being Tim’s wife and the mom to her 4-pack is the joy of her life. She and Tim are entrepreneurs at heart and, together, have started several different businesses and created a life with a lot of time freedom. 6 years ago Tim and Stacy went on a journey to get healthy, losing over 50lbs each by getting control of their habits. Along that journey, Stacy began coaching others to do the same. She felt during this time that the Lord was going to use her to speak into the lives of women, although she never anticipated it looking like this. Over the past 5 years as a health coach and business coach she has had the opportunity to speak into the lives of thousands of families and considers it a great privilege to do so. Her heart is for simple, gracious hospitality and for calling women and families to be healthy and live free in all the ways in a way that fosters community, connection, and peace in our hearts and homes.
